Last Day
(Ohno) it's (finally) the last day of school! I don't know whether to be glad or not. I have been eager about this holidays since.. I started mugging for review tests. Now it all seems so queer - not waking up early, not meeting my peers on a daily basis, not being distracted in class, not doodling on school diaries with Meiqi, not sitting with Meiqi! ):
But it's not just these memories I will treasure. Instead, also, those which may not have been that wonderful, nor may not have contributed any way in me 'liking school'. Secondary (ONE) school experience has made me into a more hectic person, a
slightly more diligent person, a more critical person, and of course, a more STUDIES-OR-NOTHING person. But it's not surprise after all, since
you won't get anywhere unless YOU. WORK. HARD.'Also made me wonder about how the year passed like a freight train. I used to think, school isn't just about studying. But having witnessed the extents of competition.. School
is, in a way, all about studies after all. What extreme lengths one can go just to satisfy her urge for something more, something she ought to deserve.
In either way we'll build friendships which may or may not last. Those that faded away make you regret the things you did, make you think about how easily the journey could have been if there was - compromise. Yet those that last make it harder for you to let go.
And it was the elated primary students who were fooling around in the hall that got me thinking..
And we got back that sickening piece of.. material. (P to the P to the R) I wouldn't say I did too well, but I wouldn't say I did too badly either. I may not have achieved my target but at least the overall percentage was a distinction mark. And for that I guess I should be contented? My highest and lowest in the overall report was A2 and B3 respectively (OH YES, even
Appreciation for Chinese Culture, otherwise known as Chinese Literature). So I am relieved my marks still vary within a small range (: Irony is - I got B3 for the 4subjects we learnt in Primary school and A2 for everything else! :D

Though I only started talking to you abit more when you shifted to the seats in front of us, I really enjoyed having you as a classmate/ angel. And the couple of sentences we exchange once in a while are things worth remembering (I mean, we didn't talk to each other that much to the extent that it gradually becomes rubbish, hah)! I promise to treasure and keep your last Angel letter in good condition! And I, along with the whole of 1Purity'07 will definitely miss you! Enjoy your SOTA experience and all the best for your future (: I LOVE YOU! :D
